Country Sunflower - Blank

The sketch on the cover was created by Fay Porter, a recraetional golf client of Cleveland Sight Center.  Fay was diagnosed with Macular Degeneration in 1983.  She began a career in modeling a few years later.  Today she is still active in modeling and pursuing her many hobbies.  Fay started her hobby in photography which led to other art forms, such as ceramics, water colors, pen and ink.

Country Sunflower was created without lifting a pen from the paper.
